If you are thinking of letting a property, Haydons offer our Landlords two comprehensive levels of service - we will either find a suitable tenant for you, prepare the inventory and tenancy, and check them in, or if you prefer, we offer a full Property Management service where we look after all aspects of the tenancy on your behalf.

Whichever service you use, you can be sure that we will endeavour to find suitable tenants, who are comprehensively credit referenced prior to the outset of the tenancy, and we complete the Tenancy Deposit Scheme on behalf of our Landlords.

We offer free, no obligation advise to our Landlords about their properties, and make all the necessary recommendations prior to the out set of the tenancy, including advise on the likely achievable rent.

If you are a tenant and you are thinking of renting a property, we do not charge our tenants for setting up tenancies!

Contact Haydons and we will send you the rental details of all the properties we currently have available, and we will put you on a register for any future properties. We will show you over any properties that suit you, and if you wish to take one, you merely fill in our Credit Reference form and return it to us with your cheque for the cost of the application. This will be refunded to you if your credit reference is successful and you take the property.

We prepare the Tenancy and Inventory, check our tenants in to their new home, and inform the local authority and utility companies of the new occupier. And we are always on hand if there are any problems or difficulties, offering impartial help and advice to quickly resolve any issues.
